Stupidity in General

If there is one thing I simply cannot stand it is stupidity. Be it in our government or in the people I see every day it drives me bats. What is even more annoying is the people who feint stupidity in order to get out of work. These people are simply the laziest, most worthless human beings alive. Take one of my co-workers, we'll call him Larry. This kid is so lazy he won't even take two steps to put away a nut when right next to him. He acts stupid to the point of incredibility, no one can be that stupid. He also expects to get away with it because on of his relatives is higher up in the company, and he is driving everyone bonkers.

Stupid customers

I simply cannot stand customers who tend to explode at you when what has happened is not your fault. I recently had a customer who can only be described as a genuine, first edition asshole. He wanted a replacement lightbulb, we didn't have it, but we sold the lamp. He explodes at me while his little M&M munching little monster is screaming "Daddy! Daddy!". I have no control over the stock, and I wish people would realize this

Snow- Winter's joy and curse

I love snow. I can't help it. There is just something about that pure white flaky stuff that sets my heart to soaring. I love watching it fall, pile up, and blow around; I don't even mind having to drive in it. But this frozen joy also has its drawbacks. I am talking about the other people in their cars that have no idea how to drive in the snow. On the occasion of the first significant snow last week I witnessed nearly a dozen people sliding on the side roads, highways, and parking lots. Many of these folks were teenages, who of course many never have driven in the snow, but figure that they can still go 65 on a sheet of ice. The perfect snowfall is one that starts in the early morning and continues hard and heavy for the entire day, just a curtain of white outside your window. Give me a blanket, my teddy bear, a good book, and a steaming mug of hot chocolate and life is good.
